CM is not an open marketplace. Clients work directly with CM as one accountable partner, and CM assembles vetted specialists per project. Members receive clear briefs, agreed fees, and payment on accepted delivery, while CM manages strategy, client communication, and quality control.

Each project includes an offered scope fee from CM. You can accept or decline within the response window. If accepted, work is delivered under a written subcontractor agreement with defined scope and timeline.

Mentorship is free pairing between experienced members and students or early-stage professionals. Mentors provide guidance, feedback, and career direction. Sessions happen on a schedule you both agree on, ranging from monthly check-ins to intensive support.

Members in the private network are matched through CM. We review incoming client needs, define scope and budget, then invite best-fit specialists to accept or decline a project brief.
