Our Story
St. Maarten is full of talent: developers, designers, marketers, videographers, builders, strategists, and creatives who do world-class work. Yet too many opportunities still leave the island, while local businesses struggle to find reliable professionals at home.
Collective Minds exists to close that gap. We are a community-first platform where talent is celebrated, mentorship is normal, and collaboration is the standard. We believe we grow faster together than apart, and we are committed to building a stronger SXM through technology, education, and connection.
We are a service provider and ecosystem builder. Clients work with CM directly, and vetted specialists are engaged by CM per project with clear scope, standards, and payment terms.
